PENNINGTON COUNTY, S.D. — Authorities have confirmed that a suspect involved in a shooting at the Central States Fairgrounds in Rapid City has died following an officer-involved shooting on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
The suspect has been identified as 58-year-old John Troy Lee of Rapid City.
